Speaking in churches

We are often invited to speak in churches, or at church-related groups, about homelessness.

Whenever we are asked to speak, we always invite someone we know through our chaplaincy work who has gone through homelessness to come along and share from their experience too.

Our aims are to enable people to connect with the human stories behind the label of homelessness; to break down barriers; to let people know what helps and what doesn’t in wanting to respond to homelessness; and ultimately to share in our faith and God-given humanity together.
